Our Raw Honey is harvested from hives located in Central Alabama and gently filtered to preserve as much of the natural goodness as possible. Our bees are managed using natural pest-control methods, so you can feel confident you’re getting honey free from harmful chemical treatments.

If your honey becomes thick or cloudy over time, don’t worry—this is completely natural. In fact, all real raw honey will eventually crystallize.

Crystallization occurs because honey is a natural sugar solution. Over time, glucose separates and forms tiny crystals, especially in cooler temperatures. Rather than a flaw, this is a sign that your honey is pure and unprocessed.

How to Return Honey to a Smooth, Liquid State

If you prefer your honey pourable, it’s easy to restore its consistency:

• Place the container in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water
• Let it sit for 10–20 minutes
• Stir or gently squeeze the container as it softens

Important tips:

• Avoid microwaving, as high heat can damage natural enzymes
• Do not use boiling water—gentle warmth is best
• Repeat as needed until desired consistency is reached
